What services do you offer at Nabati Behavioral Health?
- I provide parent coaching for parents of children aged 2-12 (or older for children with developmental delays). I also offer professional behavior consultation. Stay tuned for future child and parent support groups!
What types of behavioral challenges do you address?
- I specialize in challenges related to:

What if I just want more general parenting support?
- I provide that as well! I’m happy to talk through parenting goals, values, household rules and routines, or any specific goals or concerns that are important to you when it comes to parenting.
How long will it take before I see improvement?
- Treatment and results vary based on your needs and goals—it can take anywhere from just one session to longer-term plans. We’ll customize the duration and style to fit your needs.
Do you offer virtual sessions or in-person sessions only?
- I provide both virtual and in-person sessions, offering flexibility to accommodate individual preferences and needs. Please book a free consultation to determine if virtual services would be adequate to meet your needs. ***At this time, I am only taking virtual clients. In-person services will be available soon for clients in/near Boca Raton, FL. Contact me to learn more.***
How long are sessions?
- Session lengths vary based on individual needs, and can range anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour.
What if I’m too busy for regular sessions or I just have quick questions?
- Check out my texting-based packages! I created this for parents who need more immediate responses, have quick questions, want ongoing support, or simply prefer texting over phone calls. ***Reach out to me to determine if you are the right fit for text-based services.***
Are your services covered by insurance?
- I do not currently accept insurance, but I offer competitive private pay rates and package deals.
Do you offer reduced rates for families in need?
- Yes, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to families who qualify. If you’re interested, please fill out this form.
Do you work with schools or other professionals?
- Yes! I love to collaborate with other providers to create a cohesive support system for your child. I also offer school consultations, trainings for other professionals, and am an authorized continuing education (ACE) provider through the BACB.

How is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) used in your services?
- ABA is naturally integrated into my sessions and is used to teach specific behavior change strategies and/or to track behavior change. I always prioritize ethical and individualized use of ABA within my therapeutic approach. See my blog for more information on ABA.
